We decorated gingerbread houses a couple weeks ago. It was messy but fun. We didn't know that you are supposed to use toothpicks to hold the roof on until the icing dries so Daddy was stuck holding the roof for a while. It still feel apart. They kids still loved it though and had fun decorating.
We also made homemade sugar cookies. The dough tasted amazing. The girls did great decorating the cookies. Too bad our oven decided to run very, very hot that day. The cookies were black on the bottom so Daddy got some dough on the way home from the grocery to try again. The girls still ate one of the burned cookies and wanted to eat the rest but I couldn't let them. It grossed me out that they even ate one!

Oh yea, new twin catastrophe, Kate spilled a whole bottle of Martha Stewart glitter all over the sunroom. She was in her "twin area" and picked it up and walked it over to the craft table where the Mommy Only craft bin just happened to be out. For real, stuff like this happens everyday...usually several times a day. These twins are so stinkin' busy.
